Black and silver-striped silk and sateen cotton over fleece on a buckram-blocked crown and flat-patterened brim, lined with flat-patterened silk and edged in pleated grosgrain. A cast resin burrowing owl skull peers over the brim, offset by accent bows and a spray of feathers.
