White Overbust 1880's Corset

Description

This is the corset I made for my 1880s gown underpinnings. The corset is based off an 1880s pattern in the book Corsets and Crinolines. Made of white cotton twill, flat bones, and containing a spoon busk, this corset really cinched in my waist for an exaggerated hourglass shape necessary for the period's silhouette.
